All our Physiotherapists are either Clinical Pilates Physios or Feldenkrais Physios, ensuring that your experience with us will be a safe and enjoyable one.

Hands-on (Manual) Therapy: includes joint mobilisation and manipulative Physiotherapy
Deep Tissue Massage: includes deep tissue massage and trigger point acupressure to specific problem areas from a Physiotherapist with an in-depth knowledge of anatomy
Dry Needle Acupuncture: a safe, scientifically based western form of acupuncture used, to treat painful soft tissues and joints
Electrotherapy: includes relief of pain and promotion of tissue healing through the use of Low Level Laser Therapy, Ultrasound, Interferential and ENAR
