We can help treat a range of aches & pains and we specialise in treating recurrent and persistent pain.
Treatment is just the first step and should be followed up with an exercise programme to manage or prevent recurrence of the pain or movement problem. We address problems such as poor posture, inefficient movement patterns and muscle imbalances.
All our Physiotherapists are either Clinical Pilates Physios or Feldenkrais Physios, ensuring that your experience with us will be a safe and enjoyable one.
