While the process of non intrusive gentle Hypnotherapy helps to encourage the release of unconscious 'blocks' that drive our habits, pro active Behavioural Strategies provide EASY to use practical effective strategies that are usable and 'doable' in our busy lives. The goal of the therapy is to help the client to MOVE FORWARD in their living in the quickest way possible. Usually this can be achieved within a minimal number of sessions (often lonly 3 for smoking).
This is the OPPOSITE to the more traditional approaches that delve into our history and focus on searching for deep underlying issues, proceeding to spend weeks, months or years in analysis focusing on the ‘why’s ‘ of the problem etc. These approaches have a tendency to keep the client 'stuck' in their history and unable to move forward in their life in the way/s that they want to.
PLEASE NOTE - Although Hypnotherapy and Behavioural Strategies are often used in conjunction, this is not always appropriate and sessions are designed to meet the client's INDIVIDUAL NEEDS with the appropriate therapy/s being utilized.
